The Benson watch winder I was looking for as an addition was not available from several retailers in Germany. It was only after a long search that I found BensonTrade. The website does not look particularly professional and is hardly usable on Android, for example. However, the range and prices are great, and despite slightly higher shipping costs, I paid less for the watch winder than I would have in Germany. The delivery time was exceeded by one day, but I could live with that given the good price. You are always kept informed about your purchase through ongoing status updates. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the result. I would definitely buy from here again.

Very nice product. The red color is stunning in my living room!! All questions were answered in time. Delivery was perfect! The operation of the watch winder is extremely silent and the quality is visible everywhere! Of course this has a price but for me this is more than ok! Contgratulation to benson - the promise of exclusivity is in line with what I have gotten!

What an excellent service. My watchwinder reached me in the UK within two weeks, having been ordered initially from Germany. The purchase with Benson Trade (a new Tag Heuer carrera from 2013, unworn) has been quite easy. From the first moment the information has been clear and the response to any doubt has been fast and transparent. The watch is like advertised and the sending process has been quite smooth. They had no problems sending to the Canary Islands (a non Vat EU territory). The only points that may be improved is to offer the possibility to reserve the watch. Besides that, if you want to use Paypal as a payment mode, it is on the buyer the commission (4%). I highly recommend buying from BensonTrade. Kind regards

Overall I am very satisfied with the product, but I will point out that the door on the winder unit lacks any knob or cutout to grip when opening the door, forcing you to just clumsily grab the side of the door and pull it open. In addition, the latch that connects the door to the unit when closed does not feel as solid and high quality as one would expect. The touchscreen and winding modules work very well, and the winder as a whole looks and feels premium. The customer service representative was very responsive to my questions about the product prior to purchase, as well as when I inquired about the shipping after my order. However, the service team took 6 days to pack and begin the shipping process after my order processed, which is not ideal.

I already purchased the 12 watches one a few years ago and am absolutely convinced by the quality of the Benson winders. That's why I decided to buy 6 watches version when I strated to lack space for new watches. They are clearly the best winders for that price range. Usually winders with that quality easily go for double price.

I've ordered an Epos Sportive 3441.131.96.56.30 Diver watch, at an affordable price. Beautiful timepiece, high quality, very comfortable, impeccable craftsmanship. BensonTrade web site offers good selection of quality watches, but would like to see more watch manufacturers represented. Minor nuisance was that I had to send an email message to ask for the tracking number of the shipped order. In my account order status the tracking info was not available, neither I had received email message stating the order had actually been shipped, the respective tracking number, and the carrier. Nevertheless my customer experience with BensonTrade is positive and I highly recommend this web site as a safe place for the interested customers. Would order again.

A good quality watchwinder for four watches at a quite affordable price compared to the many other references I saw before my purchase. The shipping was really fast, and very well packed. The watchwinder is very nice and quiet and found it’s place in my living room. Now all my automatic watches are fully rewinded when I choose one before leaving.

I purchased a Kienzle watch from bensontrade.com. I ran into a snag during the purchasing process and they were very helpful. Everything went smoothly and each step as they said it would. The watch arrived in perfect condition. Just a couple of days from Europe to U.S. The watch itself is so nice. It is much better than I could have imagined. The features had me using the watch several times a week. I felt bad for the other watches in my collection. The Kienzle piece was the center of attention for a while!

The 3 winders (1 double & 2 single) were well packaged but apparently not enough because one watchstand of one of the single winder doesn't lock in very well as it does in others winders. Maybe a shock during delivery transport.
