1. General information

We are BensonTrade.com, official dealer of more than 50 watch- and watchwinder brands. Our company is founded in 2005 and is specialized in advice, sales and repair of watches, watchwinders, watch cases and watch straps. We ship worldwide, mostly directly from stock from our warehouse. We have multiple online shops; watchwinders.nl, watchwinders.com, watchwinders.de and watchwinders.co.uk.

Our company exists more than 11 years, we are an authorized dealer for many brands and are affiliated with Webwinkelkeur, a label that ensures that online shops comply with the law and regulations. Additionally, we offer the right to return, according to Dutch Consumer Law. The customer must notify us within 14 days (from date of delivery) and has another 14 days to return the product.

All the products we offer through our websites are authentic, new and inclusive warranty.

2. Ordering process

You can place an order by one of our online shops. Thereby you can order by e-mail: info@bensontrade.com.
All products which are in stock in our warehouse are shipped within 1-3 business days. Products that are not in stock can have a delivery time of 4-8 business days. Depending on availability at the brand or the distributor, this period may be longer. You will be informed when a longer delivery time occur. You can recognize the delivery time at each product to the colored circle (green, orange or red).
Yes, if you have a coupon code or already have ordered a product before (registrated as customer - discount system) you get a discount on your next purchase. Through our discount system you build up a discount % on your next purchase. The discount % can be up to 12.5%. Read more information about our discount system.

3. Shipping and delivery

For each product you can see the actual shipping cost. You can select the country where you live and the shipping costs do automatically appear. Here is an overview of all shipping costs worldwide. All packages are shipped with registration and insurance. Please read our general conditions for more info.
We pack and ship each product carefully so that the risk of damage during transport is minimal. Each package contains the ordered product, invoice and instructions (manual).
We partner with DPD (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany), PostNL and Fedex. You are able to choose your favorite company during the ordering process.
Packages within the Netherlands are delivered within 1 business day. Packages to Belgium and Germany are delviered within 1-2 business days. At each product an indication of the shipping time is given.
Yes, the return shipment is for the account and risk of the customer. You may choose your carrier. It is important that the product is well packaged and the package is preferably registered and insured.

4. Payment

You can pay at all our websites via a secure SSL connection by credit card, Paypal and iDeal. You can also choose to make a bank transfer (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT).
All our websites are completely SSL certified and therefore secure. This can be recognized by the green URL bar. This means that your contact details and payment details are completely secure and not shared with third parties.

Yes, all the prices on our website are including 21% TAX for consumers within the EU. If you’re a non-EU resident we can ship TAX-free (21% TAX is deducted from the total amount). When you select a non-EU country during the ordering process automatically 21% TAX is deducted.

Companies outside the Netherlands can buy TAX-free when they supply their Chamber of Commerce and TAX number. The sales agreement is only concluded when the TAX number has been validated by the Dutch tax authorities.

5. Aftersales

Each product is delivered with warranty, unless clearly indicated. Read more about our warranty conditions.
We will gladly help you if you inform us about the defect. To return a product, you must return the official warranty card or booklet and a copy of the invoice with the product. We then start the process and keep you informed.
Yes, we have a service department and watchmaker who can examine and/or repair your watch or watchwinder. Before we inform the customer about the costs.
We will listen to your point of view and arguments on the basis of which we will respond. Mistakes are made, also by us. We find it important to find a solution together with the customer. You can always contact us by email or phone.
