As a webshop we aim to have the highest number of satisfied customers. A satisfied customer will share his/her experience with their family, friends and colleagues. To achieve this we have no limits. We listen to tips, advice and comments. A complaint is taken very seriously by our customer service. If there is a complaint we always try to find a acceptable solution for both parties.

This collection of reviews gives a good idea of how we work. It is an illusion to say that we don't make any mistakes; we are human.... but we do our best to keep this to a minimum and are always open to suggestions and proper handling. In normal communication with respect to the other we always find a solution.
